Terms & Conditions for Refund Policy
- Admission Date- The date when the student pays his / her 1 installment is considered as the admission date.
- Batch Commencement Date- The date when the student’s batch is started at the center.
- Registration Date- The date when the instrument pays the registration amount for the enrollment.
- The first week of your enrollment (‘Week 1’) will be counted from the le er of the following dates the date for your admission date or the date of batch commencement.
- The case any loan or e-mandate processed; Week 1 will begin from the date of e-mandate / loan processing or the commencement date of the course whichever is later, where admission date will be the loan or the e-mandate process date.
- Refund rules are same even if a student don’t join or a end even a single class at all.
- In case of batch or face transfer your week 1 will be counted as according to the 1 batch assigned.
- In loan cases the refund will be initiated only as per policy student will be liable for the repayment of the remaining amount of loan even after cancelation to close the loan.
- For students who enrolled for three one-year course refunds will be granted for a period of six weeks.
- All refund request must be submi ed at the center. Refund will be credited in Father / Mother / Student bank account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this student have to submit Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page copy along with Refund form. The institute will not be held responsible for the refund transfers made to incorrect bank accounts due to enormous details provided by the student, parent, or guardian.
- The concerned support member (SM) will commence the refund process after obtaining the necessary approvals from assigned authorities.
- Refunds will be processed through online transfers to the account of the student parent or guardian within a reasonable time frame tentatively within 45 - 60 working days from the date the withdrawal application is received by the respective center.
- For scholarship students, refund will be processed according to the term outlined in the refund policy with no exceptions.
- Students transferring from one center to another will not be eligible for a refund for a duration of two weeks.
- After closure of polls no any refund cases will be entertained in any circumstances.
- If the student is not responsive over the call three times “call a empted but not picked” and afterward does not visit the center for 30 days then his/her cancelation request will be closed and the message will be sent to the parent’s contact number for the student’s email id regarding the cancelation.
The proper student who enrolled and their NEET or JEE result is awaited refund will be given as follows:
Both the registration fee and technology and infrastructure fee are strictly nonrefundable under any circumstances.
1. If a JEE students secure admission in an IIT or NIT (for all engineering courses) or a NEET student secure admission in central & State government aided college (for MBBS only) not valid for NRI quota/ paid seat, the following refund policy applies after proper verification.
a. Refund application timeline: Students must apply for a refund at least 120 days before the start date of their course or batch.
b. Upon proper summation of the application a 100% refund will be guaranteed after deducting nonrefundable amount.
2. If a student’s results are pending, any applicable discounts will be applied once the results are declared, even if this occurs after admission. if the student continues, Excess amount paid will be refunded.
a. Refund application timeline: Student must apply for an excess amount refund within the 45 days after the result declaration.
b. Any applicable discounts according to the SOP will be applied and access amount will be refunded.
3. Required Documentation: Students must submit a refund application form that includes
a. The original iQuark fee receipt.
b. iQuark ID Card.
c. NEET or JEE score card.
d. A scancopy of the college’s call/counselling/allotment letter.
e. The admission fee receipt from the college.
If a student’s results are pending, and once the result was declared and students secure less than
the eligible criteria marks, he/she will be eligible for the refund on pro-rata based calculation but must submit the refund request within 45 days of the result declaration.
Following deduction will be followed for students not eligible for JEE / NEET:

* The registration fee is non-refundable as it covers the administrative cost involved in reserving the seat blocking it for the instrument and utilizing manpower to process the enrollment once the seat is reserved it cannot be o ered to another student, making the registration fee non-refundable.
** Tech infrastructure fees include o line centers services which cover essential costs like building rent faculty salaries providing electricity with adequate heating and cooling arrangements, comfortable seating, etc. This fee also supports digital services like online batch provision, and bandwidth for a endance management.
Refund Policy
The system at iQwark works in a transparent manner. Our refund policies ensures that all the refunds are processed in a fair manner. In case, where a student expresses his intention of not a ending the institute, and withdrawing his admission he/she will have to visit the branch center in person and submit his/her application in writing stating the reason for seeking a refund the date of summation of wri en application for refund at the branch/center will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.
Registration Fee: Nonrefundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Technology & Infrastructure Fees: Refundable during the first week In the second week 50% of the infrastructure fees is refundable. After the second week, student will not be eligible for a refund of the infrastructure fee.
Week-wise deduction will be on tuition fees of the 1 EMI from the maximum retail price (MRP) till week 6.
Study Material Fee: One paid, the study material fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In case the fees is unpaid, it sells remain payable if the study material has been issued to the student.
In case of purchase is made by mistake a request for a change of batch shall be considered if applied within ten days of purchase however, the application for a refund of the purchase shall not be considered.
Post 6 weeks: if a student has paid the full fees, any EMI with due dates passed the date on which refund application is submi ed will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
In case where a student has paid the full fees - The amount applicable (till the date on which refund application is submi ed) as per the installment plan (iQwark course fee structure- Point 4) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
