Students Conducts
1. Student Expectations: Students preparing for competitive exams are expected to be sincere, dedicated, and hardworking.
2. Disciplinary Actions: If a student is found to be in-disciplined, irregular with a endance, engaged in bullying, using unfair means, or spreading negative messages on social media, the Centre Incharge has the authority to expel the student. No fee or part thereof will be refunded in such cases. The decision of the Centre Incharge will be final and binding.
3. Continuous Absence: Students who are absent for more than 15 days without prior wri en notice will not be allowed to a end classes or receive test papers and may be expelled. No separate notice will be sent to parents, and no refund of the fee will be made. The decision of the Managing Centre Incharge will be final and binding.
4. Submission of Documents: Students must submit a self-a ested copy of their last qualifying exam mark sheet or a valid identity proof containing their address.
5. Unfair Practices During Tests: Students caught using unfair means during tests will be immediately removed from the examination hall and expelled, no refund of fees will be made.
6. Study Material: Study materials will only be provided to students who have been absent with prior notice from their parents. Personal requests or appointments for study materials will not be entertained.
7. Missed Tests: If a student misses a test, they may collect the question paper from the o ice within 10 days of the test date. After this period, question papers will not be provided.
8. Submission of Admit cards: Students enrolled in iQuark Education center must provide a photocopy of the admit cards for various exams once they receive them. Failure to do so will result in being barred from a ending the free Test series.
9. Refund Policy: Refunds will follow the terms and conditions outlined in the prospectus.
10. Identity Card: Each student will receive an identity card, which is required for entry into the Institute. If the ID is lost or misplaced, a duplicate can be issued for a fee of INR 200/- Misuse of the ID card will result in rustication from the institute.
11. Mobile Phone Policy: Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, iPods, or tablets to classes or tests unless instructed by the institute. The Institute is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal devices.
Parent Conducts
1. Fee payment Responsibility: Parents are responsible for paying their ward’s fee on time as per the schedule in the prospectus.
2. Acceptance of Terms: By filling out the application form, the student, parent or guardian declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions.
3. fee payment and Cheque:
a. Checks should be wri en in favor of iQwark Education.
b. If fees are paid by cheque, admission is subject to cheque clearance in case of non-clearance the Institute may hold or terminate the student’s admission. A fine of INR 200/- will believed in such cases.
4. Meetings the Centre-In-Charge: Parents can meet the centre-in-charge to discuss their ward’s progress or any issues but a prior appointment is required.
5. Changes in Contact Information: Any changes to permanent or correspondence address, phone numbers (student and parent), or email ID must be notified in writing to the appropriate centre within 10 days.
6. Attandance Responsibility: The institute Is not responsible if a student fails to a end or chooses to escape online classes without notification.
7. Providing Correct Contact Information: It is mandatory to provide a valid and correct email id and phone number for student parent or guardian test results and other.
Limitations and Liability
1. Eligibility
- It is the students’ responsibility to check if they are eligible for the specific competitive entrance exam the company and its branches/center are not liable before students’ application cannot be submitted or is rejected by the examining body for any reason no refund of fees will be provided in such cases.
- Students are suddenly responsible for obtaining filling and submi ing their entrance exam application forms to the relevant examining bodies the company is not responsible for this process and will not be had liable for any failure on the student’s part.
2. Force Majeure
- The company and its branches/center are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill their obligations, either in whole or in part, due to events beyond their control (“Force major events”).
- These events include but are not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lookout, riots, government restrictions, wars, terrorism, civil disturbances. Weather, fire, epidemics, pandemics, lockdowns, or other foreseen events.
- The company and its branches/centers are not responsible for any loss of life injury or property damage resulting from a force majeure event.
- If classes cannot be held at any branches / centers due to a force majeure event, they may be conducted online in compliance with the applicable laws. In such cases no refund will be issued to a student parents or guardians.
- If conducting classes in any form (o line or online) is prohibited under applicable laws during a course major event no refund will be provided.
GST & Other Taxes
1. Additional Taxes
If the government imposes any new GST or taxes on scholarship and concession given to the student at the time of admission or during the course the student/parent will be responsible for paying these charges from the date the law takes e ect.
2. Increase in GST
If the government introduces any new tax or increases the current GST beyond 18% the student/parent will be required to pay this additional amount from the date of implementation.
